Privacy

Short version: you can use Cheaper by AI without an account, we don't sell your data, and the prompt helpers run in your browser.

What we collect

• Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn't use cookies to track you across sites.
• Prompt helpers. Anything you type into a prompt helper stays in your browser. It isn't sent to us.
• "Do it for me" letter tools. The tools at /do-it/ build your letter entirely in your browser. Your answers, the finished letter, the PDF and the calendar file are created on your device and are never sent to us or anyone else. We don't submit anything for you. If you tick "Save my answers on this device", they're kept only in your browser's storage until you untick it or choose "Start over". The tools never ask for your Social Security number or full account numbers (last 4 digits only).
• Step checklists. If you choose to save your progress on a checklist, it's kept in your own browser's storage, not on our servers.
• Email. If you email us, we get your message and address and use them only to reply.

Newsletter signups

Signups for the Daily Saver email are handled by beehiiv, our newsletter provider. When you subscribe, the email address you type goes to beehiiv, which stores it and sends the newsletter for us. We use it only to send you Cheaper by AI emails, and we don't sell it. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us and we'll remove you.

The signup form is loaded from beehiiv (subscribe-forms.beehiiv.com) and may set its own cookies or run its own spam and bot protection. beehiiv's handling is covered by the beehiiv privacy policy.

Sponsors and links

Sponsored placements are labeled. Links to other sites (tools, sources, sponsors) take you to sites with their own privacy policies.
