Get your money back from an airline

Get a completed claim for a cash refund after a cancelled or significantly changed flight, a bag fee refund for a delayed bag, a refund for a paid extra you didn't get, or EU261 compensation of €250 to €600 for a delayed or cancelled flight in Europe. We work out what the rules say you're owed.

Have these handy

Your booking confirmation (confirmation code, flight numbers, what you paid)
Any emails or texts from the airline about the cancellation, change or delay
For a bag: your Mishandled Baggage Report reference and when you got the bag back
